Exchange - very bad

The kurti fitting is perfect and also the quality is good, but the bottom I had requested for XXL . Instead they have sent XL pant along with XXL kurti. Hence pant is very uncomfortable and tight. I had requested on what’s up to get it collected and send me the exchange size , I.e XL KURTI and XXL pant.

Customer care conf8rmed on 10.09.24 that process for return and exchange has been intitiated, but till date it has not been picked up.
Kindly look into the matter and expedite.
