Return & Exchange Policy

At GulaboSitabo, we have an easy return and exchange policy.

You can return/exchange the product as long as the following conditions are met.

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY:

  1. Exchange accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  2. Exchange will be accepted only for defective products, change in size, color, or for different product.

  3. We only accept exchanges for items that are new, unscented, and have not been worn, washed, or altered, and are still in their original packaging.

  4. You must create a short video while opening the package, this will help in processing your exchange easily.

  5. We request you to kindly make a video of packaging when you handover the exchanged piece to pick up agents, as they are third party, we are not responsible for loss or damage unless the video is provided from your end. We use only standard courier partner’s like- BlueDart, ECOM, Delhivery etc.

  6. An order can be exchanged only once with ZERO charges. After the exchange, it is no longer eligible for any further exchanges, returns, or refunds.

  7. Scrunchies are NOT exchangeable.

  8. If you buy any 2 sets and return 1, you’ll get a 10% discount. If you buy any 4 sets and return 1, you’ll get a 15% discount. And if you buy any 8 sets and return 1 or 2, your discount will be 20%.

  9. In case of an exchange, the customer can apply from the website, https://gulabositabo.com/apps/ecoreturns

    Note: Post pickup, order will reach our warehouse in 4-7 days. QC will be completed in 2-3 days. On receipt of the QC request, we immediately dispatch the exchanged piece.

     

    RETURN POLICY:

    1. Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.

    2. Returns will be accepted only for defective products, changes in size or color, or for different products.

    3. We only accept returns for items that are new, unscented, and have not been worn, washed or altered, and are still in their original packaging.

    4. An order can be returned only once with ZERO charges. After the exchange, the order is no longer eligible for any further exchanges, returns, or refunds.

    5. SALE items are not eligible for returns.

    6. Scrunchies are non-returnable and non-refundable.

    7. In the case of a return, the customer can apply via the website: https://gulabositabo.com/apps/ecoreturns

    Note: We offer a reverse pickup facility for most pin codes. For pin codes that are not serviced by our courier partners for reverse pickup, you will need to self-ship the product(s). The shipment fee of up to ₹80 will be reimbursed to the customer upon receipt of the package and the courier slip provided by the courier partner.

     

    PROCESS FOR INITIATING RETURN/EXCHANGE ON PORTAL:

    1. Click on the return/exchange link provided below and fill in the required details.

    2. For the order ID, you can refer to your order confirmation email/WhatsApp message or log in to your account at gulabositabo.com.

    3. Upload images of the product with the tags visible and a clear product image.

    4. Depending on the details provided by the customer, the request may take 2-3 days to be approved. Once the images are verified and approved, we will schedule the pickup of the return/exchange product from your doorstep.

    5. When returning the product, please ensure it is folded neatly with the tags attached.

    REFUND POLICY:

    1. Post pickup, order will reach our warehouse in 4-7 days. QC will be completed in 2-3 days. On receipt of QC request, we immediately create issue refund to returned order.

    2. Thus, from reverse pick up of RETURN products to refund, will take 7-10 days.

    3. If you buy any 2 sets and return 1, you’ll get a 10% discount. If you buy any 4 sets and return 1, you’ll get a 15% discount. And if you buy any 8 sets and return 1 or 2, your discount will be 20%.

    4. For PREPAID orders, refund will be directly credited to the original mode of payment. After initiating refund, depending on the customer's bank, it may take 4-7 days for refunded amount to reflect in the account.

    5. For COD orders, our customer care team will get in touch with you for the bank details. After initiating refund, depending on customer's bank, it may take 4-7 days for refunded amount to reflect in the account.

      Note: If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. Bank policies often involve a processing time of 4-7 working days before a refund is posted. If you’ve checked and still haven’t received your refund, feel free to contact us!

       

      EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

      1. We do not have an exchange/return/refund policy for International orders.
