What type of fabric do you use in the products?

All our printed fabrics are in 100% Pure Soft Cotton Fabric. They have minimal to no shortage and all our digitally printed Pure Cotton fabrics are colour-fast, and machine-wash friendly.

For Solid Designs, we use both Pure Cotton and Premium Viscose Rayon Fabric depending on the style.

How can we care for our garments?

Our Pure Cotton Fabric is Machine-friendly.
We recommend Hand Wash for all our Hand Screen/ Block Printed Cotton Fabric and Viscose Rayon.
Pure Cotton tends to lose color in direct Sunlight, we recommend drying our garments in the shade.

What range of sizes do you offer?

How do I know my size?

What is your shipping policy?

We deliver across India (excluding non-serviceable areas) with free shipping and your orders will be shipped within 3-4 days, expect delivery within 3-6 days.
Modifications for your order are accepted within 24 hours.

Do you have a return & exchange policy?

Yes, we do have!
Refer to the following points to understand the policy:
  1. You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate the return or exchange for defective products or sizing issues.
  2. A short video is required while opening the package for easy processing.
  3. The product must be unused, unwashed, and scent-free.
  4. Item must be in original packaging for return/exchange.
  5. No returns/exchanges on sale items.
  6. In case of return or exchange, the customer can apply for exchange on the website,

    NOTE: Reverse Shipping and Re-delivery charges will be borne by the customer, i.e. 100rs for Returns and Exchanges.

           How will I get my refund back?

          1. Upon initiating an exchange/return, we arrange reverse pickup, with notifications sent by our delivery partners.
          2. Reverse pickup is available for most pin codes; for non-serviceable areas, self-shipping is required. The customer will bear the ₹100/- reverse shipping and re-delivery charges.
          3. Upon receiving the product, we process refunds for prepaid and COD orders, deducting reverse shipping charges.

          How does the cancellation process work?

          • For Prepaid Orders:
          Prepaid orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
          Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed into the original mode of payment within 5-7 working days after cancellation confirmation.
            • For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
            COD orders can be canceled by simply not accepting the courier when it arrives at your doorstep.
            Once the courier arrives, inform the delivery person that you are canceling the order.
            After refusing the delivery, please email us at info@gulabositabo.com with your order details and cancellation request for further processing.
            Refunds for COD orders will be initiated within 5-7 working days after cancellation confirmation.

              What payment methods do you accept?

              We accept both prepaid and COD modes of payment.
